2. IMPORTANT NOTICE: WEBSITE VS. SERVICE AGREEMENTS

This website provides general information only.

ReloPros does not provide moving, packing, cleanout, liquidation, or related services through the website alone.
All services are provided only pursuant to written agreements executed by the client and ReloPros, which may include:

  • A written service agreement and/or estimate

  • Work orders

  • Addenda

  • Valuation/coverage selections (Option A/B/C)

  • High-value inventory forms

  • Rules, limitations, exclusions, and claims procedures

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Submitting a form on this website does not guarantee:

  • That ReloPros will accept the job

  • That dates will be available

  • That any estimate will be provided

  • That pricing will remain available

ReloPros may decline service at its discretion for reasons including safety concerns, access limitations, hazardous conditions, or scheduling constraints.

5. PRICING, ESTIMATES & CHANGES

Any pricing information displayed on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not a binding quote.

Any estimate provided before a walkthrough, inventory review, or site assessment may be revised based on:

  • Changes in scope

  • Access issues (stairs, elevators, parking, long carries, etc.)

  • Additional packing required

  • Additional labor required

  • High-value items requiring special handling

  • Breakable items needing crating

  • Client-requested changes

  • Conditions not reasonably discoverable at the time of estimate

6. VALUATION / COVERAGE – IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE

California law and industry standards allow moving companies to offer different levels of cargo/valuation coverage. ReloPros offers valuation/coverage options which are described in our written service agreement and valuation addendum.

Website visitors should understand:

(A) Default Included Coverage (Released Value)

Unless a different option is selected in writing, shipments may be moved under a Released Value option which provides limited protection.

ReloPros’ standard Released Value option is:
$0.60 per pound per article (included at no additional charge).

(B) Declared Value Coverage (Optional – Additional Charge)

Clients may elect declared value coverage in writing, typically between $10,000 and $50,000, subject to:

  • A premium of $12 per $1,000 of declared value

  • A per-item maximum of $2,500 unless specifically declared and approved in writing

  • The limitations, exclusions, and claims process in the valuation addendum

(C) Third-Party Insurance (Optional)

Clients may also elect third-party insurance. If chosen, that policy is issued by a third party and is governed by the third party’s terms.

High-Value Items Requirement

Items valued above $500 may require a High-Value Inventory Form and/or special documentation, as stated in the valuation addendum.

IMPORTANT:
ReloPros does not provide insurance advice. You are encouraged to consult your insurance agent regarding homeowner’s, renter’s, or specialty coverage.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES (GENERAL)

To ensure safe and successful service, the client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information

  • Disclosing access issues and property limitations

  • Ensuring pathways are reasonably clear and safe

  • Disclosing fragile, high-value, or unusually heavy items

  • Securing pets and children away from work areas

  • Ensuring utilities are active when needed

  • Ensuring legal authority to move items from the premises
